Why intercultural training?
Our world is not only becoming more international, but also more digital from day to day. It is often difficult for companies to keep abreast of the growing requirements placed on them and their employees. Owing to increasing diversity, conflicts sometimes stretch across, for example, different cultural identities, genders, organisational affiliations or age groups. Foreign assignments are another change management task laden with conflict, and they often entail low success rates. Knowledge gaps, a lack of cultural sensitivity and insufficient preparation often cause teams or intercultural projects to fail before they were even able to get off the ground.
Intercultural training can prevent this and help your employees and teams to perform successfully in the long term.
Well-founded
I base my training sessions on the latest scientific insights from the fields of psychology, sociology, ethnology and the political and economic sciences. Constant continuing professional development and empirically evident probability of success are two of my core principles, from which participants in my seminars also profit owing to a well-founded transfer of knowledge.
Exciting
In my training sessions, knowledge and competencies are conveyed in a manner conducive to learning. Varied and interactive methods are used as opposed to excruciatingly long presentations. At the end of the training session, the participants should be able to look back on an exciting day full of novel insights that can be directly applied in practice.
Effective in the long term
The long-term benefit for my customers is always paramount. My training successes rely on a guaranteed transfer effect from theory used in practice. Furthermore, I also like to support my clients and trainees on their journey long term by way of a coaching format.
